FEATURES:

POLISHED FIBERGLASS TANK - 12 gal (45 liters) solution and recovery tank capacities. White tank and motor housing interior. Stainless steel rear handle facilitates ease of machine movement and serves as a cord wrap.
VACUUM - Lamb Electric 5.7" - 2 stage tangential discharge models. Dual vacuum models can be ordered in air series (150" lift) or air parallel (200 cfm). Vacuum motor is protected from overflow with a positive ball float shutoff and from lint with the stainless steel screen. A removable lint bag is available for the intake elbow.
SOLUTION PUMP - 100 psi Shurflow diaphragm pump with viton seals. 150 psi Shurflo diaphragm pump is also available.
AUTO PUMP OUT - 1/3 hp cast iron submersible type with float switch. 40 GPM (max) with 20 ft max head or 200 ft. horizontal discharge. A 3/4 x 50 ft vinyl discharge hose is supplied with the unit.
AUTO FILL (optional) - DEMA valve with a float switch and a DWYER chemical metering device for continuous use on large cleaning applications.
SWITCHES - double pole single throw green lighted rocker switches with clear PVC splash proof caps, 20 amp rated @ 125 vac, 16 amp rated @250 vac.
WHEELS - (2) front non-marking grey swivel type casters and 8" non-marking pvc tread rear wheels.
CLEAR DOME - High impact resistant plastic. Dome pivots on a slotted bracket to provide a perfect seal and compensates for gasket wear.
POWER CORD - 12/3 X 25 ft. SJTW safety yellow with molded 3 prong plug for 120 volt models). 25 ft (7.6m) of 3x1.5mm harmonized cord (16amp/300v) for 240 volt models (please specify type of plug). Dual cord 120 volt units are built with a circuit locator. Each cord requires a min. 15 amp circuit on 120 volt models, and 13 amp on 240 volt models.
HOSE ASSEMBLY - 15 ft of 1-1/2 " (38mm) crushproof vacuum hose and 3/8" (9.5mm) solution hose with brass quick disconnect on ends. Heated models are supplied with a 1/4" (6.3 mm) hi-temp, hi pressure solution hose. 25 ft. vacuum solution hose assemblies are also available.
SERVICEABILITY - Tank is hinged on th4 back of the motor housing. Release (2) front latches and swing tank upwards to expose motor compartment. Tank is held in place from falling backwards by a lanyard.
DIMENSIONS - L: 27" (69cm) - W: 16" (41 cm) - H: 34" (86 cm)
HEATER - 1750 watt heating elements are protected by (2) automatic thermal protectors set at 200 deg F (94 deg C) and a preset bypass valve releases hi-temperature solution back into the solution tank.
WEIGHT - 65lbs. (30kg) minimum with cord on the basic mode. 75 lbs. (34kg) with dual cord on the heated model.
