This machine continues to be the number one best selling machine in the country, year after year. There also other machine that have the dual 3 stage vacuum, 450 to 500 psi pump, and 2000 watts of heat, 50 ft power cords, but this machine also has a 2" vacuum port on the front of the machine allowing customers to use 2" vacuum hose for the first 50 to 100 ft and then a small 1-1/2" vacuum hose as a final leader for flexibility. This larger hose is like moving the waste vacuum tank closer to the first point of restriction. Longer hose runs means you can leave the machine in one central location and clean the entire home. Lots of customer will just run hose up stairs to clean the second floor of a two store home. You can even leave the machine in the first floor bathroom to dump directly into the toilet (the waste tank valve is high enough) and fill direct from the sink without any buckets. To fill direct from the sink, just cut a 3 foot long 1-1/2" ID vacuum hose and leave inside the fresh water tank. When you are ready to fill from the sink, just lift one end of the hose and hold it under the sinks running hot water and let the gravity fill directly into the tank. Other things I think people should know is the machine boast a Pumptec 215v series pump head that is rated for pressures up to 800 psi. It is the electric motor that is turning the head that is rated for 450 to 500 pounds per square inch. The pump pressure is rated at when you are not squeezing the trigger on the wand, rather when it is just idling. The pump will experience pressure drop off based on the size of spray jets you are running on the floor wand. You can operate three different jet sizes. Tee-Jet 11001, 110015, and 11002. The smallest jet is the 11001 and uses the least amount of water so you will not have to fill or empty the machine as often and the actual cleaning pressure will be the highest, the water is hotter with faster dry times. Higher pressures mean faster cleaning stroke time. The 11002 jet is the largest jet and will flush and float and process more water through the carpet, use more water, clean the carpet better, but mean you will stroke the carpet slower, and the water is cooler with longer dry times. The 110015 is the middle jet and is for people who want the middle of the road cleaning. The machine is just under 150 pounds so it is the most machine you can purchase before you will be forced to use a ramp or team lift the machine. The 150 pound rating is where ramp use and team lifting become mandatory. The heaters are actually two separate 1000 watt heaters. Each eater is operated on each of the two power cords. The power cords are 50 feet long each so you can easily be 50 feet from the electrical dryer plug or 100 ft from two dedicated 20 amp 115 volt outlets. You can also optionally turn off the heater at locations that do not have an electric dryer plug or only have 15 amp 115 volt outlets. The machine has a built in electrical circuit locater to make sure you are always on different breakers. You can also operate just one or both the heaters at the same time depending on the amount of electricity available. We recommend that you purchase one of the electrical converter kits so you can just plug directly into the customer electric cloths dryer 230 volt outlet and avoid hunting down the different 115 volt outlets that are 20 amps. The Mytee 5000 converter kit is popular as one option. The heater does not heat the water in the fresh water tank, rather it has two 6 oz heaters in the motor box. When you set the wand down the heaters will heat up this 12 ounces of water and then turn itself off. When you start cleaning again, the heaters will turn themselves back on to try to maintain as much heat as 2000 watts can provide. The average amount of temperature rise a 2000 watt heater will provide during cleaning is about 30 degrees hotter than the water you placed in the fresh water tank.

Stair wand will also double as a "under the bed tool" and allows you to be able to stand "up right" during stair case cleaning.

Please note that though this machine will operate power wands (Rotovac, RX-20, Spinn Master, PowerMate, DryMaster, PEB-TM,...) at short distances this machine is not auto fill, auto dump, and does not have enough suction to operate a power wand at 75 ft without the use of a vacuum booster.
