OASIS® Models DC-45 and DC-75 dehumidifiers help prevent humidity and moisture damage in enclosed areas with temperatures as low as 40°F. Designed for problem industrial applications such as sewage lift stations, telephone relay rooms, fire and flood cleanup.

When frost forms on the evaporator coil, a temperature-sensing thermostat activates a timer. Frost will continue to accumulate for one hour. The timer will then shut-off the compressor, but the fan will continue to operate and move warm air over the coil until it is defrosted. The compressor will start again, and the cycle repeats.
